Marvin Tapper
Marvin R. Tapper, loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend to many, passed this week to become an angel watching over all of those he so dearly loved. He built a beautiful family and leaves a legacy of kindness, warmth, and generosity. He proudly served society for 34 years with the United States Postal Service. He is survived by his wife Paula Tapper, daughter Jodi Scotch and son-in-law Brett Scotch, and grandchildren Lauren and Benjamin.
