Niall Cahill

Niall was diagnosed with MDS in July 2022. It was aggressive and he needed a transplant. Niall gent good for about 2 months but then the disease took over. All levels of his blood fell, he was tired he was weak but he kept on fighting. His daughter flew from Ireland to be his donor for the transplant. On Dec 1st 2022 he had the transplant. Unfortunately just 6 days later he got pneumonia. The next two weeks were spent in ICU and on day 21 after transplant MDS won the battle.
